A Kamloops Family Fighting for Their Daughter
Norah's
Story
She is two years old. She is bright, thriving, and deeply loved. And right now, she needs your help.
Who She Is
Meet Little Norah
Since birth, Norah has been in the care of her mother. She lived in Kitimat until March 6th of 2025 and then relocated to Kamloops with her Mom. Since then, she has lived there surrounded by loving and supportive family members and friends. She is a bright, highly intelligent little girl who is thriving — curious, joyful, and full of life.
Norah has no idea what is happening around her. She doesn't know that a court order exists that could rip her away from her mother, her home, and everything familiar to her. She cannot speak for herself. So we are speaking for her.
"She reaches her little arms up to be held and the whole world stops. She is everything worth fighting for."

This website exists to share Norah's story openly and honestly. We believe that transparency and public awareness are powerful tools for justice — and we will not stay silent while this little girl's future hangs in the balance.
What Has Happened
Serious Concerns for Norah's Safety
Norah's mother had a protection order in place to keep her abusive partner away from the family. Despite the protection order having just expired, Norah's father — along with his attorney — went to court and obtained a court-ordered visitation. A Supreme Court judge was persuaded to order that Norah be sent alone, 10 hours away to visit her father.
When Norah came home from that visit, she returned with a black eye, a chipped tooth, and was sick with Giardia — a parasitic illness contracted from exposure to contaminated water. She was two years old.

⚠️
The difference is undeniable. These two photos were taken of the same little girl, weeks apart. One shows a child who is loved and safe. The other shows what happened when the court ignored a protection order and sent her away — alone — to her father.
Despite all of this, the father — along with his attorney Paule Moore — has successfully manipulated the legal system into issuing an order for Norah to be removed from Kamloops entirely and returned to the place of her birth to live with her father permanently. This is a child who has spent nearly half her life building a home here. This is a child who came back injured. And the court is sending her back.
"She has no idea what is coming. She just wants to play and be held by her Mom. That's all she knows."
